Scottsdale’s Museum of the West, also known as Western Spirit, opened “Women of the West: Highlights from The Fran and Ed Elliot Southwest Women Artists Collection” on May 5, 2022. Included are two small prints by Mac Schweitzer, one of the 25 women artists whose work Fran Elliott chose to collect. For more about the exhibition, which is open through November 2022, click here.
On exhibit are Roadrunner and Quail, two in the series of twelve offset lithograph editions that Mac Schweitzer executed during the 1950s in Tucson.
